1.Prepare

Place the silicone molding bar inside the grillz.

2.Heat

Put the grillz (with molding bar) into hot water ~160°F (70°C) for 15–20 seconds until the bar becomes soft and clear.

3.Fit

Carefully place the grillz onto your teeth. Adjust gently and bite down to create a snug fit.

4.Cool

Keep the grillz in place for about 1 minute, then remove and let it cool down. The molding bar will harden and secure the fit.

5.Wear & Shine

Once cooled, your grillz are ready to wear. Adjust as needed for comfort.
