Do you have any retail locations?
We have not opened any offline shops for the time being, but rather we have invested all the money we have spent on preparing for offline shops into jewellery polishing. We firmly believe that only by focusing on improving the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery can we give consumers a better product experience. Although this may narrow the sales channels, we are actively exploring online sales and other diversified modes to achieve wider market coverage and brand dissemination while controlling costs.

Are your products the same as other companies?
BIG BAG BLING prides itself on providing jewellery of exceptional quality. Our products are handmade and are all finished to a high standard. We use a high quality and multiple plating process to ensure that our gold plated jewellery lasts longer than normal gold plated jewellery. We are committed to continually improving our processes to provide you with the most durable and long lasting jewellery.

 What is your jewellery made of?
Our products are made from the highest quality materials, including 100% 18k solid gold and 18k gold plated, 925 sterling silver, and an assortment of diamonds and gemstones, with brass uniquely crafted with a 7-times gold plated finish.

We proudly adhere to all regulations set by the Jewelry Vigilance Committee to guarantee the excellence of our products.

How do I protect my jewellery?
Keep it dry: avoid exposing your jewellery to water or high humidity. If you don't wear your jewellery regularly, protect it by storing it in the bag that comes with it.

Store properly: In humid climates, consider adding a small packet of desiccant to your storage area.

Avoid rubber products: Do not store jewellery with rubber products as they can cause damage.

Remove jewellery before applying perfume: Always remove jewellery before applying perfume or other chemical products.

Gently wipe the jewellery with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid over-polishing as this can damage the finish. By following these principles, you can ensure that your jewellery remains beautiful and intact.

Can I take a shower with this without fading? does It change color?
Every piece of jewelry deserves to be carefully maintained, which requires us to avoid wearing jewelry under some harsh conditions. Such as bathing / swimming / sports. 

For the plated jewelry, I worry the color will fade off naturally.
With plated jewellery, I was concerned that the colours would fade naturally.

We have a strict quality control process to ensure the quality of all our jewellery. The plating will not fade as long as you take care of it.
If there is a problem please contact our customer service immediately so we can help you solve the problem. If the problem occurs within the warranty period, we will replace your jewellery. Please refer to the 30 day return policy for more information.

What are the steps for placing a custom order?
We offer all types of custom design services from numbers, letters, symbols to logos. Whatever personalised pendant you want, we can create it for you and provide a free design sketch! All custom orders will be in 925 silver, brass or solid gold, whatever you can imagine we can make it.

Production Time: For complex customisation, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your customised product to allow us time to make your product.

Discounts: Discounts do not apply to customised products.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Customised products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
